marathon (2018-2021)
The marathon was a happening inititated by Kollektiv #workoutjazz in 2018 and had the relatively simple idea of bringing together one hundred performances in one evening of five hours, by having performances lasting no more than three minutes. All of this without any intermissions, the transitions so tight that a collective immersive meta-piece is created. For the edition of 2021 the organizing team was expanded to include new and other positions of the Zürich underground.
